How to Retrieve Your Username and Reset Your Password

• On the Spectra Installer sign-in page, select Forgot Username or Password?

• Follow the prompts.
  
  

Retrieve your username or reset your password

Using Contact Info:

• Select Contact Info and enter an email address or phone number associated with your account.

• Confirm that you’re not a robot.

• Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account.

• Then Verify Your Identity. Choose whether you’d like to receive your verification code via text message, email or phone call.

• Enter the verification code on the next screen. Here, you can choose to sign in or Reset Your Password.
  

Using Account Information:

• Select Account Info and enter your Account Number and Security Code (found on your bill).

• Confirm that you’re not a robot.

• Next, Confirm Your Account by selecting the information associated with your account.

• Then Verify Your Identity. Choose whether you’d like to receive your verification code via text message, email or phone call.

• Enter the verification code on the next screen. Here, you can choose to sign in or Reset Your Password.
